Getting started with Encoro Reviews
Follow these six steps to deploy Encoro Reviews across your business locations.

Create your business account
Sign in to the Encoro Reviews Business Console and complete initial onboarding.

Add your first location
Configure your primary business branch, address, and Google Review URL.

Create your QR source
Generate single or bulk QR sources tagged to your touchpoints (tables, staff, rooms, counters).

Place the QR at customer touchpoints
Display printed or digital QR codes where customers interact with your staff or space.

Customers submit feedback
Customers scan the code to speak or type feedback and select a 1–5 star rating.

Manage feedback from the dashboard
Monitor review sessions, review analytics, and act on private feedback in real time.
